When you have a ministry culture of “anything goes” (so long as it’s a fluffy, feel good word) and the direct opposite of “God is going to drown and kill everyone in California, move now, leave your home and move now” Yup, that was a prophetic word that went global and fell flat on it’s lying charismatic face. Undiscerning sheep swallowed the word and ran for the hills.
When God didn’t wipe out CA we were told that the “Intercessors” had shot up enough prayers to stop God’s wrath, for now.
Let’s just cut through the religious crap shall we? The “prophetic circuit” has been sick for 20+ years. And that sickness has been passed on down through the mentoring and laying on of hands to the younger generations. They were taught to honor (obey) at any cost and touch not God’s anointed spokesperson. That verse literally means “don’t kill them”, it’s ok to question them, especially when time after time they are so wrong and out of character of the Goodness of God.
Without a doubt there is a shaking and baking going on and once that stops, all the vomit and muck will float to the surface to be cleared away. Leaving a clean glass that is see through and pure.
If just one “prophet” gets the word “Cyrus” then you know what is going to happen next. Crazy town will explode and every nutter with a web cam or iPhone will become the next big “prophetic voice”.
I remember back to one of these “prophets” who’s offering message went a bit like this… “Give me your money or God will kill/curse your kids”. Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up. He later said sorry I was having a bad hair day. Yeah, no kidding.
Today prophets are rapidly removing their content from all social media platforms where they got it wrong. A couple have apologised, but they never usually get it right anyways, it’s all just a magic show of guessing and following the body language or even the social media page for names and who needs what?!? Seriously, they do this.
Pocket Urination. Gee they sure do love to play this game. I’ll open doors for you if you open doors for me. It’s a fun game to watch until someone is caught in sin, then the urination stops and they scramble like roaches in the light. Removing their “endorsement” from the fallen ones web page even before their urine has had time to dry.
You’ll know which ones are hiding a sin, they are ones screaming loudest about “cheap grace”. Trying to divert the spotlight and keep it off of them and their nasty little secrets.
The prophetic charade is over!
There’s a global awakening to the Truth of His Word and Wine of His Spirit. A revolution, reformation and revival of all thing Good and Holy. Holiness is back (not that it ever left, but gifting was emphasised over /character/anointing) and is even gracier than before. No-one is too far gone for God’s transforming love.
